I had no idea about Baby and Me Yoga and at the time there were not any trainings in my area or that seemed to suit what I was searching for in a class that I would like to offer. Our Visit with the Adventurous George

Three Months Today

It is hard to believe that it has been three months today - since we began Our Healthy Year. We are defiantly in the groove of making our own food, packing food for lunches and travel and finding local sources of honey, syrup, produce and more. In many ways it just feels normal now. It is simple and much cheaper than I expected, (even when I splurge and buy pine nuts!).
