These cookies are delicious, they were eaten up quickly - even the ones out of the freezer. The name - Ode to George Cookies - comes from the fact that George had the best reaction to these. He took a bit and said "woah!" and I took it as a real compliment.
I had no idea about Baby and Me Yoga and at the time there were not any trainings in my area or that seemed to suit what I was searching for in a class that I would like to offer. I decided to sit down and study at home, practice on friends and my children and compile a list of my favorite poses, songs, ideas, sign language, infant massage etc. Here is a list of my favorite resources so far - feel free to share yours!

I am so amazed every time by the adventurous spirit of this man. At home he doesn’t cook and eat as we do and he doesn’t do yoga every day, but when he visits us he just goes along with whatever we do. George is truly one of the easiest house guests anyone could ever find.

It is hard to believe that it has been three months today - since we began Our Healthy Year. We are defiantly in the groove of making our own food, packing food for lunches and travel and finding local sources of honey, syrup, produce and more. In many ways it just feels normal now. It is simple and much cheaper than I expected, (even when I splurge and buy pine nuts!).
